Black Inc events & Communications are 100% Black owned and managed (with full time staff in both Durban & Johannesburg). With this comes a collective experience with the eventing world of over 30 years, which includes some blue chip and private clients in that time.
Our suppliers are made up of a variety of industry professionals, and where possible we will use only relevantly empowered companies. We also encourage skills development, by often using local crafts people and artisans in various events requirements.
As we believe that future competition is healthy in growing the industry, we also have an ongoing internship and mentorship program whereby we provide training for 2ndyear Students as part of their studies in Public Relations and / or Marketing.
OUR TEAM
Black Inc is currently run by a young and energetic staff complement of 4 full-time staff and 3 part-time staff. Due to the nature of the industry, we also staff-up considerably, when required, for big events/ conferences etc, through a pool of resources such as students, or pre-qualified staffing companies, however, due to recent client requirements we are always looking out for HOT talent.
